《金砖国家科技创新和产业创新融合倡议》

在金砖国家技术创新与创业伙伴关系工作组第七次会议召开之际，金砖国家一些智库专家和学者讨论了金砖国家科技创新与产业创新的融合，提出了以下举措：

1. 金砖国家的发展越来越好。将金砖国家更名为“大金砖国家”（英文为：Great BRICS）。
   
2. 金砖国家的发展需要进一步加强科学探索、技术研究与开发、推广和应用方面的交流与合作。建议大金砖各国科技部门增加对大金砖国家间科技创新和技术转让合作的投资；
   
3. 建议进一步将新的产业革命扩大到更广泛的产业领域，如交通运输、文化和旅游、农业、医学、矿产和能源；
   
4. 大金砖各国产业的发展需要产业创新的支持。科学探索、技术研发及其推广和应用是产业创新的源泉。建议大金砖各国的工业部门建立科技创新与工业创新的交叉融合机制；
   
5. 大金砖国家之间的产业合作发展需要制定共同的产业政策。建议大金砖国家建立相应的智库联盟，开展相关研究，发布相关的智库报告；
   
6. 大金砖国家之间的产业合作发展需要建立共同的标准和规范，共享知识产权。建议大金砖国家建立相应的产业技术联盟，首先建立低空经济、机器人和人工智能产业技术联盟。
   
   

The Initiatives on the Integration of Science, Technology, Innovation (STI) and Industrial Innovation for Great BRICS

On the occasion of the 7th meeting of the BRICS Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Partnership Working Group, some of our think tank experts and scholars from the BRICS countries discussed the integration of Science, Technology, Innovation (STI) and industrial innovation for BRICS and proposed the following initiatives:

1. BRICS having been developing better and better. BRICS shall be renamed as ‘Great BRICS’;
   
2. The development of the Great BRICS countries requires further strengthening of exchanges and cooperation in science exploration, technology research and development, and their promotion and application. It is suggested that the STI ministries of the Great BRICS countries increase investment in STI and technology transfer cooperation among the Great BRICS countries;
   
3. It is suggested to further expand the new industrial revolution to broader industrial fields to such as transportation, cultural and tourism, agriculture, medicine, minerals, and energy;
   
4. The development of the Great BRICS industry needs the support of industrial innovation. Science exploration, technology research and development, and their promotion and application are the source of industrial innovation. It is recommended that the industrial ministries of Great BRICS countries establish a cross integration mechanism between STI and industrial innovation;
   
5. The industrial cooperative development among Great BRICS countries requires the formulation of common industrial policies. It is recommended that the Great BRICS countries establish corresponding think tank alliances, conduct relevant research, and publish relevant think tank reports;
   
6. The industrial cooperative development among Great BRICS countries requires the establishment of common standards and norms, Sharing intellectual property rights. It is recommended that the Great BRICS countries establish corresponding industrial technology alliances, and first establish alliances for low-altitude economy, robotics, and artificial intelligence industries.
