Silk Road Innovation (Zhuhai Hengqin) Consulting Service Co., Ltd. was jointly initiated by the China Science Center of the International Eurasian Academy of Sciences, the China Intelligence Science and Technology Evaluation Research Center, the School of Software at Tongji University, the School of Automation at Chongqing University, and Dahengqin Technology Development Company in 2018. The following year, a corresponding academician expert service center was established in the Hengqin National New Area of Zhuhai (renamed as Hengqin Guangdong Macao Deep Cooperation Zone in September 2021). Academician Zhao Xinli, the chairman of the company, academician of the International Eurasian Academy of Sciences, member of the Standing Committee and Secretary General of the Chinese Science Center of the International Eurasian Academy of Sciences, member of the National Free Trade Zone (Hengqin Area) Consultative Committee, and executive vice chairman of the Academician Expert Committee of the China Intelligence Science and Technology Evaluation Research Center, served as the director. Multiple academicians and experts from five initiating units participated in the work of the Academician Expert Service Center. The company was established under the new situation and relevant policies of the Hengqin Guangdong Macao Deep Cooperation Zone, based on the early stage of the Academician Expert Service Center.
The purpose of the company is to focus on the needs of national development, the construction of the "the Belt and Road", international scientific and technological exchanges and cooperation, and the innovation strategy of the Hengqin Guangdong Macao in-depth cooperation zone, adhere to the principle of "facing the world's scientific and technological frontier, the main battlefield of the economy, major national needs, and people's health", strive to build an innovation service system, adhere to the principle of "serving academicians and experts, serving scientific decision-making, and serving scientific and technological innovation", and recommend, introduce Serving high-end talents at home and abroad, with intermediary, incubation, and research and development of high-value technologies and project resources as the focus, we aim to create a new highland for innovative development in the New Hengqin Guangdong Macao Deep Cooperation Zone.
The company is chaired by Academician Zhao Xinli, an expert in the fields of development strategy, information automation, aerospace manufacturing engineering, and management science and engineering. Dr. Zhu Hongwen, a former chief scientist at the Cell Therapy Center of Columbia University School of Medicine in the United States and a specially appointed expert from the Tianjin Thousand Talents Plan in 2012, serves as the general manager. Multinational companies are transforming and upgrading their information automation, and collecting and analyzing scientific and technological literature, Young and middle-aged doctors or researchers in education and training form a backbone, and a senior consulting team composed of over a hundred domestic and foreign academicians, renowned experts and scholars, and management experts carry out consulting services.
