I have led or mainly participated in dozens of national level scientific research projects, and have won multiple provincial and ministerial awards. Formerly served as the chairman and legal representative of Wanfang Data Hong Kong Company. In the past 20 years, I have mainly been engaged in research on development strategies. The chief writer of the series of reports submitted to the central government by the Haixi Economic Zone, Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone, targeted poverty alleviation, etc., one of the national planning directors of the "13th Five Year Plan" science popularization plan, etc., and the directors of the G20, BRICS, "the Belt and Road" and other scientific and technological innovation think tanks, as well as the corresponding Chinese high-level expert groups.
